Broga: Yoga for "dudes" →
This cracks me up- watch the video. Mr.B (my handsome hub) does yoga, but not Broga. I wonder if he’d be into it.  So should we call them “bro-gi’s”? Despite the fact that yoga was first developed in India by men, for men, here in the United States, it has long been viewed as a “chick thing.” That’s changing-fast….
