Last month, I wrote about ditching the predefined roadmap for your life in order to blaze your own trail. I discussed following your “gut” and allowing your intuition to be your guide. If you missed it, check it out here
I received a lot of feedback and comments that were centered around the following themes :: conformity, feeling stuck, not feeling _____ (good, attractive, motivated, strong) enough, confusion, and not knowing how to figure out what’s next. So this month I am going to focus on exploring ——>what’s next and how to get unstuck.
- Without _____ I lose myself. (ex: scheduling things in iCal, calling home, working out etc..)
- When I feel most connected to my center I am practicing _____: (ex: yoga, journaling, gratitude, coaching, volunteering etc…)
- When I feel most connected to something larger than myself I feel _______: (ex: motivated, energized, happy, inspired, excited etc…)
- I could live without ______, but not for long: (ex: lululemon clothing, health coaching, healthy meals, lots of water, running, connecting deeply, The Today Show etc..)
